Acts 2:10-12

¹⁰ “and of Phrygia and Pamphylia; of Egypt and of the parts of Libya which is beside Cyrene; and strangers of Rome and Jews and Proselytes,

¹¹ “Cretans and Arabians. We heard them speak the wonderful works of God in our own tongues!”

¹² Then they were all amazed, and doubted, saying to one another, “What could this mean?”
